Proposed Shareholders' Ratification And Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate For Recurrent Related Party Transactions Of A Revenue Or Trading Nature

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened at a later date for the following proposals:

1. Proposed Shareholders’ Ratification for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

2. Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

(Collectively the “Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate” or “Proposals”)

A circular to the shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be issued in due course.
