Letter Of Intent Dated 6 February 2023 ("LOI") Issued By Radium to N&M Cahaya Sdn. Bhd. To Jointly Develop On All That Piece Of Land Held Under H.S.(D) 123157, PT 50174, Mukim Petaling, Daerah kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur Measuring Approximately 40,467 Square Meter

Reference is made to Section 5.20(ii) of Radium’s prospectus dated 27 April 2023 in respect of LOI issued by Radium to N&M Cahaya Sdn. Bhd.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that in view of legal, financial and tax diligence reviews that require further confirmation, verification and studies, both Radium and N&M Cahaya Sdn. Bhd. are agreeable to extend the period for fulfilment of Conditions Precedent by six (6) months from 7 August 2023 to 7 February 2024.

All other terms of LOI shall remain in force and effect.
