The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate at the forthcoming 10th Annual General Meeting.
A circular to the shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be issued to Radium’s shareholders in due course.
