Reference is made to Section 5.20(iii) of Radium’s prospectus dated 27 April 2023 and previous announcement made on 20 September 2023.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that pursuant to Clause 2.4 and Clause 2.5 (which was inserted vide Clause 3.1 of the Supplemental Agreement) of the Joint Venture Agreement dated 20 September 2022, both Kadar Jutajaya Sdn. Bhd. (“Landowner”) and Rasa Wangi Development Sdn. Bhd. (“RWDSB”) are agreeable to further extend the period for fulfilment of Condition Precedent for a further twelve (12) months commencing from 20 September 2024 to 19 September 2025 subject to interest of ten percent (10%) per annum on daily basis based on unpaid Landowner’s Entitlement. For avoidance of doubt, the interest shall cease to accrue upon the Condition Precedent being fulfilled with relevant documents proving the same.

The Board is of the view that the interest expense will not have material impact on the financial result of Radium for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
